REIKI

Reiki has two words; Rei means Universal and Ki means life energy or  life force energy.  Reiki is based on the philosophy that there is universal life energy that supports the body’s inherent self healing abilities. Reiki works with the energetic, physical and emotional aspects of the individual to address imbalances on all levels.Reiki is holistic in its approach and works with not only the symptoms an individual experiences but the root cause of the imbalance as well.

 

Pranic Healing Pranic Psychotherapy

Pranic healing is a highly devloped and tested ‘no-touch’, ‘no-drug’ therapy that uses ‘cosmic’ or ‘universal life force energy’, known variously as ‘prana’ in Sanskrit, ‘chi’ or ‘qi’ in Chinese,  and ‘ki’ in Japanese. In acupuncture, the Chinese refer to this subtler energy as “Chi”. Pranic Healing is a simple yet powerful and effective energy healing modality. It is based on the fundamental principle that the body is a self repairing living entity that possesses the innate  ability to heal itself

 

YOGA-MEDITATION

Yoga is a time tested, powerful tool to help you blossom and reach your full human potential. The seeds are all within you; Yoga is the water, the sunlight, the nutrients and the love they need in order to make your life vibrant, beautiful and full of sweet fragrance.  It is not a religion; it is really a science with which to develop your body, mind and spirit.

MEDITATION: An ordinary person may consider meditation as a worship or prayer. But it is not so. Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga-Nidra (“Yoga sleep”), is an expression widely used to denote the highest state of consciousness.  Although yoga nidra means yogic sleep, it is actually a wakeful state of deep introversion(deep sleep; turiya-the 4th state). Yoga nidra, not only provides relaxation to the body and mind but also have a number of benefits. It prevents Stress and stress-related disorders by inducing  deep physical, emotional and mental relaxation. By training the mind to remain calm and quiet and by rooting out the repressed desires and thoughts from the deeper realms of the mind we achieve stress-free, calm state of mind.
